edgesuite.net added to Pixiv links

Not that big of a deal, but noticed all links from Pixiv have edgesuite.net added after pixiv.net when you direct link to an image

Need to take out the extra part just to find the artist now though, not sure if it's possible to implement a script that can add that extra portion to the artist page? (or if it's even worth the effort)

Edgesuite is a CDN, are you getting this during specific hours or all the time?

I only browse Pixiv around this time, so I'm not really sure?

Hrm, it's either a peak hours thing or a test with certain users. I'm still not getting CDN links. I would imagine late afternoon/early evening would be a fairly high traffic time which is around now. It should be fairly trivial to add the edgesuite CDN to the list of pixiv subdomains, though. Maybe.

So best not to add the extra portion to the artist page for now?

I wouldn't do anything until Toks has a chance to respond, at least. Adding an edgesuite mirror to every artist's page is far from ideal. For the time being you can do a cut on the edgesuite.net portion, click find artist, and paste it back in.

I'm still curious what you people are doing that you're seeing these edgesuite urls since I haven't seen a single one.

But anyway for the next version I made it so Danbooru automatically changes these edgesuite urls into their normal form upon upload. Same applies to the artist finder - if you try to do an artist finder search on one of these urls it will pretend you did the search on a normal Pixiv url instead.

Please do not put any edgesuite urls anywhere like artist entries or post sources.
