Is there any chance that deleted posts are recovered?

Since I already have 5 deleted posts due to "Unapproved in three days" and also I have found deleted posts within the image search on http://danbooru.iqdb.hanyuu.net/ that were deleted as well as being blocked because I uploaded an identical duplicate image which post was deleted.

If yes could you please open up a sticky "recovery request" thread?
