Check to see if banned artist was mistakenly added on these posts from arme_(cgsy7484), which are claimed to be from parsley-f despite being sourced from the former's Pixiv

It's probably related to commissions posted on Arcalive. I don't know Korean, but I couldn't find mentions that the images were drawn by parsley-f, if they were, arme_(cgsy7484) is the same person. I think they're different artists.

@Skill_Issue added the tags so maybe they can elaborate.

The art style is very similar to that of parsley-f's style across all the mentioned posts when cross-referenced with that of the artist's other works. In addition, further checking at the pixiv of arme_(cgsy7484) shows works from more than a year ago that have a night and day difference between the styles of the present artworks compared to those mentioned. While it is possible that the artist may have improved enough to be able to perfectly trace parsley's style, it is more plausible to think that the pixiv user simply reposted the artworks as a commissioner themselves. This is also consistent with Arcalive's users in general having the habit of reposting their commissioned work without mentioning the artist's names.

I've read the official position, so I'm not asking anybody to do anything, but asking Japanese artists to go through some American legal bullshit in form of the DMCA for each and every image in perpetuity is a dick move. The whole point of this thread is that we aren't the bottom feeders like kemono or u18, right? Maybe just be a little more generous with banned_artist when people take the time to ask in a foreign language their work not be archived? Thank you for listening to my TED talk.

Just FYI because this is off-topic for this thread: It used to be easier and more artist-friendly in the past. Then AI art happened and artists started flooding the site with art removal requests because they thought it was Danbooru’s fault that their art was used for AI training. As that is complete nonsense, the removal procedure had to be changed to DMCA takedown requests. In other words, it’s now Americal legal bullshit because people were too stupid to understand that Danbooru has nothing to do with AI art. Certified can’t have nice things moment.

I'm not 100% sure who is the artist but considering that Sakawa's current artist (ATDAN) is a banned one and they retweeted that official tweet I think we shouldn't take any risks and ban that post.

Blame NovelAI for bragging about having trained their model on Danbooru without specifying that they have no connection with Danbooru. (seing them getting the taste of their own medicine with the leak (and discovering that they stole some open source code) was pretty funny)
