Hooray! Now that's fixed! Unfortunately, the server is no longer sending the intermediate certificates it should be sending. See this link for an explanation.
To fix it, do this:
curl https://knowledge.rapidssl.com/library/VERISIGN/ALL_OTHER/RapidSSL%20Intermediate/RapidSSL_CA_bundle.pem >> /path/to/your/certificate.pem
