request for a picture

Is there a specific procedure to request an artist to post a picture? I would love to see a matoi ryuuko pic with her attacking a cell phone screen with her scissor blade coming out while wearing senketsu in synchro mode... mostly because I cant draw and because I havent seen one anywhere yet

No. Danbooru isn't even a site for people to post their own artwork so you're not likely to find artists here, much less artists taking requests. Try a site like DeviantArt or something.

Had a feeling that was so but was still hoping thw was a starving artist looking for ideas
