Flat-out plagiarism

What is to be done in the case of semi-duplicate images plagiarized by a different "artist" that happen to get uploaded to Danbooru?

Example: post #1562223 is nothing more than post #1484279, but with a pink background, the subject of the art scaled so the y dimension is smaller by 200 pixels, and the x dimension padded out by 300 pixels. Looking at the Pixiv post gives no mention of the original work, and there is no indication of the "artist" being an alt of the original artist.

I have already reported the post on Pixiv (along with the rest of the user's plagiarized posts), but should the Danbooru post be flagged for deletion? Or should the duplicate clause be invoked?

Replaced the artist since the former didn't do anything, deletion's going to require more discussion.

To be fair he did say this is an "imitation for practicing purpose".

yeah, derivative_work.

But surely still add the original artist's tag? It's just a trace.

Historically we have only added the second artist's tag if it's a collaboration.
