For some reason it was tagged webp-png conversion, but the actual file is a JPEG. I'm guessing the uploader got served a webp by Skeb and couldn't upload it, instead of using the bookmarklet which got a JPEG.

More skeb webp-png conversions. @RAGEE you should be using the upload bookmarklet or using the URL on the upload page instead of downloading and converting the files.

Pixel-perfect. Original was likely from Pixiv, and the image was resaved using "ArcSoft MediaImpression", an ancient image organizer, which also added (corrupted?) exif metadata.
Can remove the corrupted exif data tag if this gets approved.
