1st, possibly either an older name or a typo, as the old name is "kittsuan".
2nd, the "may0" part isn't needed as "sy4" alone is unique enough. Plus, that's what they use on both Pixiv and Twitter.
3rd, stacc name -> actual name, with the latter comes from her other Twitter account (and her Pixiv profile).
4th, Pixiv ID qualifier. Changed to what artist uses on Pixiv and Twitter. And turns out the latter already exists, and same artist too.

The first one: "phano" is likely an outdated name, and the qualifier is a generic stacc name; the new artist tag is based on their current Pixiv name "suiroh@お仕事募集中", and the new qualifier is translated from their Twitter profile name, "垂狼🐺".

The second one: stacc name; profile name is たくアン, with the qualifier coming from the Twitter link (which was omitted much like almost every user who blindly use stacc names).
