1st, sorry, I'm not sure if they are same artist or not. The latter's Pixiv is empty, and both of the Twitter accounts are set to private. Plus, both are from South Korea. Finally, they share the same name (moros) in their Pixiv profiles. If not, I'll edit this entry to change the former's name instead.
