It's animated if you view the full size, it's a bug.

Yes, that one final source URL with kanji is different from the others. All other final source URLs are unchanged from what they are now.
The user has been informed to extract the source URLs and use them for uploading instead of taking screenshots and plans to do so for future uploads.

Looks like a fetch went wrong, maybe. Also tumblr's new URI scheme for images is kind of funky -- that's not a png!

For multi image posts you should use the "Batch to danbooru" link from the Bookmarklet page, or the Batch upload page.
