Same artist (works from https://twitter.com/shi_noyuki appear on yuki_(t128)'s pixiv #70396915). Instead of using the spacing of the twitter handle ("shi_noyuki"), I've requested "Shino Yuki" as the romanization of "椎乃ゆき" because of the artist's previous use of the given name "Yuki." If a tag qualifier for disambiguation is wanted, I'm open to suggestions. Because both tags are small, I've requested an update instead of an alias.

"Qinni" is the most common name they use, either verbatim or in "qinniart" form. It would make more sense to alias the other way around, but in this case it's probably enough to mention the name in the description.

mass update blann -> milcona

Reason: New name. This is a complicated case because the artist has always used multiple names at once, but the last time they used "Blann" was 2016 (pixiv #59399117). Since, they've been drawing as either "cocona" or "milcona."

I'm requesting "Milcona" instead of "Cocona" (which has been in use longer) because it's their current Pixiv screen name as well as a romanization of their current twitter screen name (밀코나), as well as being their stacc URL and twitter handle. Although those latter two use a "Milkcona" (with a K) spelling, I'm requesting the "Milcona" spelling because that's how it's spelled in their signature.

Finally, I'm requesting an update instead of an alias, despite all the confusion (which may warrant an alias), because they only have 36 posts.

If others have better ideas on how to handle this, please chime in
