I think the anatomy and shading are more than good enough for this to receive a second look.
It's the only one missing in the series by the same artist.
This is the higher quality version of an image from Twitter. Similar images have been approved.

Guess that's because it is sourceless and the child post. I've changed the post relationship, even if this is a scan.
