It does sort of resemble this image, though the sprite is still pretty generic. I don't remember if this was just a common NPC sprite, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was. Keep in mind she wasn't playable in the SNES version, so she wouldn't need a unique sprite.
The scene is from a Courage episodewhere a Fish appears and in the LatAm Spanish dub, speaks with a heavy Argentinian accent and even refers to legendary Argentina soccer player Maradona.
But you get what they meant, right? Poka may also feel guilty due to this and the students might grow to not like, making her a possible target of bullying
