I had to put in some effort to find the original sprite, but here it is if anyone wants to compare (major spoiler warning for Suzu's arc):

It does sort of resemble this image, though the sprite is still pretty generic. I don't remember if this was just a common NPC sprite, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was. Keep in mind she wasn't playable in the SNES version, so she wouldn't need a unique sprite.
